At Nude Project, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items in their original condition.
Request Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and unwashed.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
